Winter Guests Please Note: As we are located on a hillside, if you have a car that is poorly equipped for winter driving, such as summer tires on a rear wheel drive car, you may have trouble negotiating the hill in certain conditions. We have additional parking next to the office to accommodate you if this is the case. |

Reservations are held with a valid credit card in the name of the person making the reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation of less than 4 days and for a single cottage, we ask for a 48 hour notice or a fee equal to one night's stay will be charged. Reservations for 4 or more days or for multiple cottages, require a 14 day cancellation notice. We ask for this cancellation to be in writing, by mail, by e-mail or by fax. All NO/NOTICE or NO/SHOW will be charged the full price of the stay and for the number of cottages reserved.
Any reservation made for the following holidays, school vacations or foliage season requires a 30 day cancellation notice in writing by mail, e-mail or fax: CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S, MLK WEEKEND, FEBRUARY SCHOOL VACATION WEEKS, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, 4TH OF JULY, LABOR DAY WEEKEND, LAST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER AND FIRST TWO WEEKS OF OCTOBER, AND THANKSGIVING. All NO/NOTICE or NO/SHOW will be charged the full price of the stay and for the number of cottages reserved.
Check in time: Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier and the cottage is ready you may occupy it.
Late Check-In: Our office normally closes at 9:00 p.m. If you expect to arrive later than 9:00 p.m. please advise us so that check-in arrangements can be made.
Check out time: Our standard check-out time is 10:00 a.m. In a few instances we may be able to arrange a later check-out. There is a charge of $5.00 per hour for this service.

We have three additional rules which are strictly enforced.

2. Non-registered visitors are not allowed on the property. This is done to insure the peace and tranquility of all our guests, and
3. If you plan to bring more people than you have booked for, call us first, we have definite limits on how many may occupy a cottage. |
